Appointments

If you are a new client please expect me 15 mins before your appointment time as we will have a short consultation time to complete a consultation card.

If you are delayed for your appointment, please understand that your treatment will end on time as I can not then be late for future clients 

Payments may be settled by cash or cheque at the beginning of the treatments, cheques to be made payable to 'Lovell Beauty'

I aim to confirm all appointments 24 hrs beforehand either by text or phone, so please ensure I have your current mobile number and email address

Children

Be aware wax pots and electrical equipment are dangerous around young children, so please ensure they are supervised. When booking a massage it is important you have time to relax and enjoy the experience.

My Cancellation Policy

I would like to ask for your assistance in giving me as much notice as possible if you need to change/cancel your appointment.  I have a two year old and have to plan nursery in advance, therefore I always try to rebook your appointment space from the list of clients wanting appointments - this means you avoid any cancellation fees, I avoid paying for nursery unnecessarily and not working and lastly another client is made happy!  

Preferences

I will always ask if you like the smell of aromatherapy oils before I use them, whether the pressure in a massage is OK for you, whether you are warm enough etc Please don't feel embarrassed to voice your opinion, it is important you are comfortable. This builds a rappor with your beautician. I have an extensive selection of nail polish (I need to be admitted to polish anonymos!), but if there is something you particularly like I will always get it in for you. Likewise if there is a product I use and you would like your own I will get it for you.

Makeup Trials

Please don't expect to be made up to go out, a trial session is about experimenting to ensure you are happy with the finished look for your wedding day. You may have different eyes in different colours!
